Can I purchase Gift Cards on this site?
No, purchases cannot be made on this website. Only ChooseYourCard.com Cards may be used to redeem for eGifts. No other payment methods will be accepted.
Are there any fees associated with Cards purchased on this site?
No, there are no fees associated with your Card or eGifts.
Can I redeem my Card for more than one eGift Card?
Yes, you can choose one or more eGifts, up to the amount in your available balance.
How do I redeem more than one Card?
If you have more than one Card, you will need to redeem each card separately. Multiple Cards cannot be combined.
Can I redeem my Card for a plastic Gift Card?
No, your Card can only be redeemed for eGifts that are delivered via email.
Does my Card expire?
The expiration date is printed on your Card, but funds do not expire. Most brand eGifts do not expire. Please refer to specific eGift Terms and Conditions for details.
Using Your Card
Where can I use my Card?
Your Card is redeemable only at ChooseYourCard.com for eGifts from participating brands within the USA.
How do I redeem my Card?
For physical Cards, sign in by entering the card number, expiration, and CVV. For digital Cards, click the View Now button in the eGift Card email. Choose your eGifts and checkout to receive eGifts by email.
Where can I find my Card number to sign in?
For physical Cards, your 16-digit Card number and other important details are located on the back of the Card.
For digital Cards, sign in by clicking the View Now button in the eGift Card email.
How do I check the balance on my Card?
Log in with your card credentials; your balance will appear on the top right of your screen.
Can I use my Card directly at the brands on the Card?
No, your Card is only redeemable at ChooseYourCard.com for eGifts from participating brands.
Why are the eGift options on ChooseYourCard.com different from the brands shown on my Card?
We update our brand assortment regularly to provide the best options for our customers. You may find that we have added or removed a brand from the eGift options on ChooseYourCard.com
Delivery
When can I expect my eGifts to arrive?
eGifts are sent to the provided email during checkout, usually within 5 minutes but may take up to 24 hours.
Can I resend my eGift email?
Yes, go to Track Order, enter the order number and email address that was used during Checkout. Under the order details, there is a link to resend the email.
Can I edit or change the recipient email address after completing my order?
If you and/or the recipient have not received your eGift and you need to resend or change the email address, please click on the Change/Resend email link in your email titled Your Order Is On Its Way.

What do I do if my Card isn’t working?
Please contact us by calling 1-833-414-9427.
You will be asked to provide us with the Card number and other identifying information. We may not be able to help you unless you provide your Card number and all other requested identifying information.
Where can I find my Card number?
For physical Cards, your 16-digit Card number and other important details are located on the back of the Card.
For digital Cards, a serial number is available in the eGift Card email. When contacting Customer Care, inform the Customer Care Agent that you have a digital card and provide the serial number.
Can I cancel my order?
No, completed orders cannot be returned or canceled.

What do I do if my Card is lost or stolen?
Immediately notify us at 1-833-414-9427 with your Card number and other identifying information to request a replacement.
